Gutter empty machine

After harvesting plants, herbs or pots, the gutters can be turned upside down before being run through the gutter washer to be cleaned and washed.

By flipping the gutters, the result is a better wash where they are completely cleaned.

After washing, the gutters are reversed again and they then proceed to seeding or planting.

If it’s not possible to empty the gutters by turning them due to an excessive root mass, we offer an alternative solution. Our specialized robots can lift the remaining plants from the gutters and place them onto the waste belt. This process is carried out while the gutters continue moving along the conveyor belts, ensuring efficient and uninterrupted operation.
